摘要:
制动器被广泛应用在起重运输机械上,是保护人员设备安全的最后措施,其性能优劣具有十分重要的实践意义。由于一般制动器的制动力矩普遍较大,且往往只有在专业的试验平台上进行试验才可以测得相关数据,这使得设备在实际使用过程当中,技术人员获知当前设备的动态制动力矩数据变得极其困难,本文通过建立模型,通过试验设备测量出大量试验数据,并对这些数据进行整理,总结出利用静态制动力矩计算动态制动力矩的有效方法,并对同一样机动态制动力矩实测值和计算值进行对比,确认动态制动力矩计算值的有效性。
Abstract:
Brake is widely used in lifting transportation machinery, which is the last measure to protect the safety of personnel equipment. Its performance is of great practical significance. Because the braking torque of general brake is generally large, the relevant data can only be measured on the professional test platform, which makes it extremely difficult for technicians to know the dynamic braking torque data of the current equipment in the actual use process of the equipment, After sorting out these data, the effective method of calculating dynamic braking torque by using static braking torque is summarized, the measured value calculated value of dynamic braking torque of the same machine are compared to confirm the validity of calculated value of dynamic braking torque.
