受海上作业风、浪、流等因素的影响,针对船用起重机吊重的摇摆问题,设计了机械减摇装置,对其进行了静力学分析,结合船用起重机减摇装置的运行原理,设计了恒张力补偿系统液压原理图,通过AMEsim和Simulink软件建立液压控制系统并进行仿真测试。结果表明:在不同负载的工况条件下,液压马达对外输出的压力、流量以及转速均能保持恒定,该船用起重机的减摇装置能够实现对牵引索的恒张力控制,液压系统的动态性能满足控制理论的设计要求。
Abstract:
Under the influence of wind, wave, current other factors in marine operation, aiming at the swing problem of marine crane, the mechanical anti rolling device is designed statically analyzed. Combined with the operation principle of anti rolling device of marine crane, the hydraulic schematic diagram of constant tension compensation system is designed. The hydraulic control system is established simulated by AMESim Simulink software. The results show that: under different load conditions, the output pressure, flow speed of the hydraulic motor can be kept constant, the anti rolling device of the marine crane can realize the constant tension control of the traction cable, the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system meets the design requirements of the control theory.
