摘要:
针对一款新型无杆式牵引车的举升机构进行了综合设计分析。根据实际工作情况,通过分析夹持机构运动简图求解夹持机构位姿运动方程,分析举升机构受力情况,证明了举升机构的可靠性。通过ANSYS静力学和动力学仿真分析机构的刚度,评价材料选用的合理性;通过预应力模态分析避免共振的条件。全方位证明了所设计的夹持举升机构的有效性,为后续的设计优化及驱动选型提供了依据。
Abstract:
The Clamping lifting mechanism was comprehensively designed analyzed for a novel towbarless aircraft tractor. According to the actual working situation, the position orientation motion equation for the clamping mechanism was established by analyzing the clamping mechanism schematic diagram, the lifting mechanism force was analyzed, which proves the reliability of the lifting mechanism. The mechanism stiffness was analyzed by static dynamic simulation of ANSYS, the material ion rationality was evaluated, the test results were analyzed based on the safe conditions to avoid resonance by static analysis of prestressed model. The validity of the designed clamping lifting mechanism is proved, which provides a basis for the subsequent optimization design driving type ion.
