中交第二航务工程局有限公司在华丽高速项目上采用集中控制系统控制缆索吊作业,本系统采用西门子PLC采集各项数据,在CPU里对数据分析处理后,通过控制电路控制变频器和电机,实现电机的正常工作,在缆索吊一侧的控制中心即可实现两侧电机的控制,在显示设备上数据和显示报警信息。在数据采集的同时安装视频监控系统,辅助操作人员操作。设备上加装无线传输模块,可以通过手机APP和访问服务器的方式远程查看现场数据和视频,方便工程负责人员实时监控现场工作状态。
Abstract:
The Second Harbor Engineering Company adopts a centralized control system to control the cable hoisting operation on the Huaping to Lijiang Expressway Project. After analyzing processing the data in the CPU, the inverter motor are controlled by the control circuit to realize the motor for the regular work. the control of the motor on both sides can be realized at the control center on the side of the cable crane, the data on the display device the alarm information are displayed. Installed a video surveillance system at the same time as data acquisition to assist the operator. A wireless transmission module is installed on the device, the field data video can be remotely viewed through the mobile phone APP the access server, so that the project responsible personnel can monitor the field working status in real time.
